How to book

Terms and Conditions

• The course fees and deposit are valid only for the person, course[s] and dates specified on the enrolment booking form.

• The Registration fee is non-refundable.

• If you cancel your course and/or accommodation before arrival, no refund or credit will be given. If you cancel your course and/or accommodation after arrival, leave it early, or miss any lessons, no refund or credit will be given, including in case of sickness.

• Class sessions have total breaks of up to 30 minutes. One-to-One lessons include a 10-minute break if more than one hour is taken at a time.

• When necessary, MP-Magister reserves the right to alter the timetable and/or transfer students from one class or course to another from one time of study to another, and to merge small classes or cancel classes and courses. Fees may also be subject to change.

• You are strongly advised to organize medical and cancellation / curtailment insurance before travel.

• You cannot change from a full-time course to a part-time course or One-to-One class.

• Students whose behaviour prejudices the best interests of MP-Magister will be asked to leave before the end of their course and no refund on the course fees will be payable by MP-Magister.

• The accommodation rent is valid only for the person and dates specified. Any changes of dates must be notified to us in writing or by e-mail at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.

• Changes in course and accommodation after confirmation are subject to a € 80 administration charge.

• When necessary, MP-Magister reserves the right to allocate alternative accommodation without prior notification.

• There is no reduction in fees where there is a public holiday in Malta.

• Public Holidays in Malta: 10th February, 19th March, 31st March, 9th April, 7thJune, 29th June, 15th August, 8th September , 21st  September, 8th December, 13th December, 25th December, 6th January.

• MP-Magister reserves the right to reduce the number of lessons in class due to insufficient number of students.

• Courses for adults are held from Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 10:30, 11:00 to 12:30 (20 lessons). Students taking a course of 30 lessons also have lessons between 13:00 and 14:30. New students will be informed on arrival about the time of their placement test.

• Junior Courses: Junior program does not include 24-hour supervision.

• MP-Magister offers free accommodation in a twin room for foreign group leaders with a group of 20 students.

• MP-Magister reserves the right to cancel or change any activity due to unavailability, weather etc.

• All fees per person per week.

• A registration fee of € 55 per person per course covers all books, teaching materials and the use of all the school facilities and apparatus. There will not be any other charges for the use of the school facilities.

• SPECIAL GROUP RATES (minimum 10 persons) are negotiated depending on the number of students.

• Students must be 16 or over. Exceptions can be made after consultation with parents. 8 - 12 years old attend special children's courses.

• On arrival students are interviewed and assigned to a level of study based on their results.

• Airport & harbour transfers
  Students, may request, to be met by the school representatives, who would take them directly to their accommodation. Same services will be provided on the return trips.

• The school representatives will give them all assistance needed at the airport on arrivals and departures.

• Students must abide by the rules of the host families, and students will be responsible for any damage caused.

• MP-Magister is not liable, should it be prevented by situations beyond its control, from providing its services.

• Any student, who  selects to  interrupt his stay  after the course starts has no claim to any compensation.

• Courses can be held in the morning or in the afternoon. MP-Magister reserves the right to place students in any courses' schedule and to change the time table.

• Students should provide two passport photographs for their students' card.
